Missy Holste is the owner of The New Sweet Indulgence bakery in Champaign. Always wanting to own her own bakery, Missy took over ownership of the bakery in 2009. In 2020, Missy moved the bakery from Windsor Road in Champaign to its current location on South Neil Street in Champaign. She has worked hard to develop the bakery into a family-friendly and welcoming shop for all things sweet and delicious. She brings more than 30 years of culinary experience to the bakery, along with some of her favorite recipes (like her famous cinnamon roll). Missy also carries on the tradition of many of the original Sweet Indulgence recipes, such as the caramel custard and pear tart and strawberry cream cake.
